When you fill in our contact form, we may collect: name, email, company, phone number and the content of the message, as well as any other fields that may be added to the form (for example, approximate budget or sector of activity).
2.2 Browsing data collected automatically
Through analytics and advertising tools, we automatically collect:
- IP address (normally anonymised or truncated);
- Device type, browser and operating system;
- Pages visited, time spent, clicks and interactions on the Site;
- Traffic source (for example, whether you arrived via Google, Instagram or a paid ad);
- Cookie identifiers and similar technologies.
3. Third-party tools used
The Site uses the following third-party services, which may set cookies or process personal data on our behalf:

The processing operations that depend on consent (analytics and advertising) only take place after the user accepts the corresponding cookie categories in the Site's consent banner.
5. Retention period
- Contact form data: kept for the duration of the commercial relationship or negotiation and, after it ends, for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations (notably tax obligations, generally 10 years) or until deletion is requested.
- Analytics and advertising data: according to the retention periods set in each tool (typically between 14 and 26 months in Google Analytics, unless the configuration is changed).
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with:
- The processors and technology providers listed in section 3, to the extent necessary to provide the service;
- Public authorities, where required by law.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data;
- Request rectification of incorrect or incomplete data;
- Request erasure of your data (the "right to be forgotten");
- Request restriction of processing;
- Object to processing, in particular for direct marketing purposes;
- Request data portability;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal.
